1. Controller
LBR Manufacturing GmbH, Rebenring 33, 38106 Braunschweig, Germany
Represented by Marcus Rauch. Email: kontakt@lbr-manufacturing.de. Phone: +49 151 65066144.
The controller determines the purposes and means of processing personal data on this website.
2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on infrastructure operated by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement with STRATO in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.
When you access the website, the web server processes technical connection data needed to deliver and secure it. This can include IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser, operating system, response status and transferred data volume.
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are reliable delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abuse. Logs are retained only for the operational and security period configured with the hosting provider and are then deleted unless a security incident requires longer preservation.
3. Contact by email or telephone
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide to answer your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR when the request concerns a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
We retain enquiries until their purpose has been fulfilled and then delete them unless contractual or statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Optional HubSpot contact form
The contact form is provided by HubSpot. The HubSpot script and form are not loaded automatically. They are loaded only after you select “Load HubSpot contact form”. Email and telephone remain available without HubSpot.
Loading the form establishes a connection to HubSpot and can transmit connection and device data, including your IP address, time of access, browser information and the page visited. HubSpot or its infrastructure providers may store technically necessary identifiers. The legal basis for loading the third-party content is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR together with Section 25(1) TDDDG.
If you submit the form, HubSpot processes the fields you enter on our behalf so that we can handle your enquiry. Depending on the request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Any separate consent to receive marketing communication is voluntary and is governed by the notice shown in the form.
The service is supplied under our HubSpot contract, including its data processing agreement and approved subprocessors. Depending on the account configuration and subprocessors involved, processing can include countries outside the EU/EEA. Where required, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards.
Provider information and current privacy documentation: https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy and https://legal.hubspot.com/dpa.
Your decision to load the form is not stored by this website. Reloading or revisiting the page requires a new action. You can instead contact us directly by email or telephone at any time.
5. Fonts and media
The Switzer and Instrument Serif font files are served from our own website. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts to display them. Images and the header video are also delivered from our own host.
6. Analytics, cookies and browser storage
We do not currently operate visitor analytics, advertising tracking or social-media tracking on this website. The website itself does not persist a consent identifier or analytics identifier in localStorage. Third-party storage can occur only after you actively load the HubSpot form, as described above.
To select the display language, the server evaluates the preferred language your browser sends with each request (Accept-Language header); this information is not stored. If you actively choose a language with the language switch, the website stores that choice in a functional cookie (“lbr-locale”) on your device for up to twelve months so that pages load in your language on later visits. This cookie is strictly necessary for the service you requested (Section 25(2) TDDDG; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and contains only the language code. The website sets no other first-party cookies.
7. Recipients and disclosure
Within LBR, access is limited to people who need the data for the stated purpose. External recipients are used only where required to operate the website or process your request, notably STRATO for hosting and HubSpot if you choose to load or submit the contact form.
We disclose data to other recipients only where this is necessary to perform a contract, required by law, based on a legitimate interest that is not overridden by your rights, or covered by your consent.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, contact kontakt@lbr-manufacturing.de. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for our registered office is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony: https://www.lfd.niedersachsen.de/.
9. Encryption and security
This website uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk and review access, deployment and third-party configuration regularly.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The version published on this page is the current version.
