We're looking for people who roll up their sleeves, are curious and enjoy truly understanding things, and making them better. Whether you come from mechanics, electronics, computer science or another engineering field: what matters is your drive to build something new.

We're especially happy to hear from applicants who gained hands-on experience during their studies, for example in Formula Student, robotics teams, hackathons or other student projects. Personal commitment and visible results count for more with us than grades alone.

If you can already show projects or work, whether private, from your studies or from previous employers, bring them along! We value a good portfolio highly, because it shows how you think, build and solve problems.
